Week 1 — Audit + architecture
We document the current stack (Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, etc.), map the core jobs-to-be-done, and pick the native framework (usually Expo + React Native). Output: technical spec, component inventory, and go/no-go call.
Week 2 — Design + data handshake
Design team reworks flows for native patterns while engineering sets up auth, state management, and API proxies. We set measurable targets for launch (TTI, offline readiness, push messaging).
Week 3 — Polish + ship
Beta build hits TestFlight/Play Store internal testing. We bake in analytics, crash reporting, and growth hooks (deep links, referrals). The no-code stack remains for marketing pages while the native app takes over the core experience.
